Delivery Locations
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Enter your pin code at checkout to check if delivery is available in your area.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

We partner with reputed courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (where available)
Metro Cities: Typically delivered within 3-5 business days
Remote Areas: May take 7-10 business days

Standard shipping charges of ₹49-₹99 apply for orders below ₹999

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on the courier partner's website.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, please contact our customer support for reshipment.
Return Policy
We don’t accept returns or Refunds for our products except in the case of Major Damage/Wrong item sent (Size different from the order)
In case you face a situation as above, it is must that we need an unboxing video.
Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
360º opening video must !! Otherwise no complaints will be accepted
Please make video while opening the parcel
Video should start, from showing the address label as it is sent by us right from the outer package
No replacement or refund will be done without video proof. If in case you receive damaged/missing/any kind of issue. Please follow this strictly. Please do not argue afterwards.
If you have a return request, you will have to raise a query through our support platforms - Call/Website Support Portal, etc., within 24 hours.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Once a product is dispatched, returns are not accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (due to hygiene reasons)
Customized or personalized products
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items without original tags or packaging
Gift cards and vouchers
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Methods
Online Payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking): Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details to our customer support
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:
Items with minor signs of use
Items not in original condition or missing components
Items returned after the specified return window (at our discretion)
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation
